For professionals
Credits, billing, teams and what you may do with the data. Prices and limits are on the pricing page.
Your calls stop until your next monthly period starts, and nothing is charged automatically. You are told when you have used 80% of the month's credits and again at the limit. On Professional and Professional Plus your account admin can buy a prepaid pack of 1,000, 5,000 or 10,000 credits at any time: £8 per 1,000 on Professional, £6 per 1,000 on Professional Plus. Pack credits are used after the monthly allowance, carry over from month to month, and expire 6 months after purchase. Packs are not refundable.
A call that returns data. We do not charge for an error at our end, for a property we cannot find, or for a repeat of a request within the hour. A search that finds nothing costs one credit, because 'nothing matches' is an answer.
A verdict runs the full comparison for that property; a lookup reads one record. Credits let one allowance cover both without a price list of nine numbers.
No. Every plan has a daily ceiling and a monthly allowance that stop calls when they are reached, and nothing is ever charged automatically for extra use. The only extra spend is a credit pack your account admin chooses to buy, paid up front.
Prices are ex VAT. Mirror Mountain Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged today.
Yes. A monthly plan ends at the end of the month you have paid for. An annual plan runs to the end of the year you have paid for.
On any paid plan they add the connector and sign in with their work email, or your account admin invites them. Only addresses at your company's email domain can join your plan, and there is no limit on how many people. Usage is limited by credits, not by seats. The admin manages payment and credit packs, can see who has joined and how much each person uses, and can remove anyone. Paid plans are for company email addresses only: a personal address such as Gmail or Outlook.com cannot sign up to one or join one.
No. One account, one pool of credits, whichever assistant or piece of code asks. Asking the same question again within an hour costs nothing.
Yes: the same engine, the same verdict, the same figures. The website sells one property's report at a time; these plans are monthly access for people who look at many properties.
Professional and Professional Plus include use for your own business and for advising your clients, and you can show a client the findings about their property. Putting our data or verdicts inside a product you sell, or passing data on to others, needs an Enterprise agreement.
On Professional and above, yes: screening a council or a postcode for flagged properties is what the plans are for, and using the results for your own firm's business development is included. You are responsible for how you contact anyone and for complying with marketing law, and you may not sell, publish or pass the list on. Properties are flagged by our checks, not proven overpayments, and anything you send that cites us must say so.
Yes, on every plan. Ask your assistant, for example 'give me that as an Excel file' or 'add these figures to my report', and it builds the file from the results it has just fetched. Screens stop 250 rows deep on Professional and Professional Plus.
No, on any plan. The Valuation Office publishes the rating list itself, and its licence does not allow wholesale republication; our verdicts and analysis are licensed for use, not for copying out. Every plan answers questions about any property, and screens run up to 250 properties deep (20 on Free).
As an Enterprise agreement: a council extract with every property and its verdict, licensed for your own use, with attribution and no redistribution. Talk to us.
The rating list is published under the Valuation Office's restricted licence. Our plans let you use what we return for your own business and your clients, with the Valuation Office named as the source. The Valuation Office does not endorse this service. Republishing the list, or data derived from it, needs an Enterprise agreement.
Yes. Every plan covers England and Wales, with the Welsh multipliers and Welsh small business rates relief. Scotland and Northern Ireland have separate rating systems and are not covered.
Our pipeline runs every day. It collects what the Valuation Office, the tribunals and the other registers have published (the Valuation Office publishes changes twice a week), so the data is never more than a day behind its source. Every answer carries the date the data is as of.
