Offices are valued on net internal area at a rate per square metre — not on frontage, the way shops are. That rate is published for every office in the country but readable nowhere in plain English. These pages read it, authority by authority.

“Offices” here is the VOA’s own sector, covering SCat 203 (offices including computer centres) and 204 (headquarters and institutional offices). Every code is listed on the SCat categories page.
